Terms of Use & Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Last Updated: 1 May 2025

These Terms of Use and Service Level Agreement (“Agreement”) govern the provision of marketing services by Lead Path to you (“Client”). By accessing, engaging, or continuing to work with us in any way, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

1. Overview of Service

Lead Path offers results-driven digital marketing services, encompassing SEO, email marketing, PPC, content creation, and social media management, among others. Each service is tailored to suit the specific needs of your business and is designed to support long-term brand visibility, traffic growth, and customer engagement.

2. Results & Limitations

We work hard to deliver outstanding results based on clear objectives and data-driven strategies. However, marketing is not an exact science; factors outside our control can influence outcomes. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Fluctuations in search engine algorithms
  • Market competition and changes in industry demand
  • Economic conditions or recessions
  • Political or geopolitical developments
  • Platform changes (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email deliverability rates)

While we base all recommendations on experience, research, and best practices, Lead Path offers no guarantees of specific results (e.g., rankings, traffic volumes, or ROI figures) due to the aforementioned external variables.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide timely feedback, access to necessary platforms (e.g. websites, social media accounts, analytics tools), and any content or materials required to deliver the agreed scope of work.

Delays in content delivery, approvals, or access may affect the success and timing of campaigns. Lead Path is not responsible for underperformance resulting from delays or withholdings by the Client in collaboration or delivery.

4. Communication & Support

Support is provided during working hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (UK time). Most communication will be handled via email at [email protected]. Meetings can be arranged as needed by mutual agreement.

5. Payments & Plans

All marketing plans are billed according to the agreed proposal. We offer flexible payment plans depending on the scope of work. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer and card payments. Any missed or late payments may result in paused services until the account is brought up to date.

6. Intellectual Property

All marketing materials created by Lead Path remain our intellectual property until full payment for services is received. Once paid, ownership of creative assets will be transferred to the Client where applicable (excluding any third-party licensed assets, templates, or plugins).

7. Cancellation & Termination

Both parties may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Work already completed will be invoiced and payable. Retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

8. Confidentiality

Lead Path will treat all client data, strategies, and communications in confidence. We may showcase anonymised results or performance metrics as part of our portfolio or case studies, unless the Client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

9. Agreement to Terms

By accepting a proposal, contract, or statement of work from Lead Path or by engaging with our services in any way (including verbal agreement, written confirmation, or payment of an invoice), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and SLA.

We reserve the right to update these terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take immediate effect unless otherwise stated.
